Senior Inspector of the Regional Crime Unit LAM TSI CHUNG is a young, outstanding member of the Police. He is so committed to his job that he never cares about his subordinates’ feelings. MO CHUN, a decent character in the Chinese masterpiece “Water Margin”, is always a hero in the eyes of Police Constable HA CHUN YAM.
