In order to protect his casino, HOI has to compete with YIU in the voting. HOI gives information relating to real property to SHI, who is the British Ambassador. SHI is attracted by WA’s charm. KEUNG bribes the Japanese Ambassador for YIU. LIK is angry as he is not informed of the plan in advance. YIU flatters him. TUNG is jealous as HAU's working attitude is appreciated by HOI.
