Ming-kwan sets up a scheme and manages to win Chung-ying’s trust and make Chung-ying investigate Lai-yiu. Hok-yan recalls seeing some tattooed woman that day when he was shot. He also sketches the tattoo pattern. While Lik-kei is looking for the tattooed woman in some street, he runs into Chi-shing. A fracas ensues and Chi-shing gets hurt. But Chi-shing falsely accuses Lik-kei of causing bodily harm. Pik-kei scolds Lik-kei for taking revenge on Chi-shing by abusing his authority. She even angrily slaps him. Lik-kei locks himself in a room as he is suffering emotional trauma. Meanwhile, Cheung-lok catches sight of Chung-ying peeking at Lai-yiu’s computer. Ho-fan pays Lik-kei a visit. But he realizes Lik-kei is not home. The chums search high and low for Lik-kei. Chung-ying finds Lik-kei downstairs in his home. She accidentally pushes him into an elevator. Chung-ying is shocked as Lik-kei again passes out in an elevator.
