CHUN CHUEN is a speculator. He comes across lots of failure and often in debt for high interest loan. Poor KEI LOO has to do three or four part-time jobs to pay for his debt. CHUN CHUEN knows that he troubles KEI LOO a lot but due to his handicapped leg, he has no motivation for work. In fact, twenty years ago, CHUN CHUEN who does not want CHUK KEI to seize his wife and daughter, therefore, he has smuggled into Hong Kong aiming to get back KEI LOO. His legs are hurt by CHUK KEI during a fight and he later becomes handicapped. This intensifies his hatred for CHUK KEI and MEI OI.
