Law Hin Chung is a veterinarian who takes a great interest in body health and urges his brother to jog with him every morning. Law Hing Jo, however, has a playboy character who spends the nights at the clubs and his health leaves much to be desired. Their mother, Lee Yee Kan, spends her life as a devoted educationist. She has a strong control over the family and therefore often arouses disagreement from the family members who regard her as an autocrat. In spite of this, she also earns the respect from her children. Chung's girlfriend, Fong Ling, is a kind and responsible teacher who works at the kindergarten founded by Lee Yee Kan.
