ZHI shows the treasure map to the public before he offers it to King CHUANG, hoping this would put the disputes of all kinds to an end. Everyone speaks highly of ZHI and chooses him to be the chief of a coalition of seven provinces. ZHI and the Gangsters are heading for Jiangnam to pass on the map to CHUANG.
