SHUN goes out with some bad friends of his. HEI is so angry that she punishes him with the family rules. SHUN is vexed. He swears to earn ten taels of silver home in three days. SHUN’s bad friends isolate him as soon as they know that SHUN is down on his luck. SHUN dines at a restaurant but is unable to pay the bill. He has to clean up the leftover for the boss in return. SHUN, who is moneyless, with the help of KIN, has finally found a job. PAU laughs at the down-and-out SHUN. YUNG, who is passing by, cannot bear to see SHUN being bullied.
