Shanxi Official WONG CHING comes to Jinshan County and he wants POK to hand over the important criminal YAN CHEONG SHING to him. POK discusses the case with PING and PING realizes that the thief he caught has actually murdered 7 people. POK and PING go to question SHING. SHING used to be the supervisor of a granary in Shanxi. He reveals that he is framed by some Shanxi officials after realizing that they have committed corruption.
