Suddenly, SIN-FA passes out and is later diagnosed with heartworm disease, so she has to be hospitalized, leaving CHI-MING in charge of everything in the wards. In order to convince CHI-LUNG to eat, PUI-YEE pretends to be his fan. Nevertheless, according to CHI-MING, not only didn't CHI-LUNG regain any weight, but he is also found self-inducing vomiting in the washroom. However, CHI-LUNG shifts all the blame to PUI-YEE.
