Finding that Kin is wounded, colleagues in the office call the police. Chi Man is very frightened and keeping Hong as hostage, he asks to see Kin. Kin is finally able to convince Chi Man to let Hong go and Chi Nan is arrested by the police. After all the incidents. Fung loses confidence in Hong and decides to transfer his responsibilities to Yiu Kwok. However, Hong masters the whole plan of cable television development. Fung has to realize his power transfer after he succeeds in getting the cable license. Unable to withstand Hong’s ruthless deeds, Mei Yan asks for a divorce. Hong refuses and the relationship between the two worsen. Hong brings false charges against Chi Man in the court. Chi Man is very angry and scolds Hong. Fortunately, Chi Man is able to obtain his freedom finally. Hong finds out that Yiu Kwok has been building his power and staff. He asks support from Fung but Fung refuses to take notice of what happens……
