The empress dowager rebukes HEI who is fond of women and does not rule the country properly. HEI even does not know that LI is very sick. AU will soon seize the power. HEI awakes. He visits LI together with FONG. KAO also indicates AU to support the emperor. Otherwise, the emperor will not visit her place, she could then hardly got the chance to win the emperor's favour.
