We have an interview with Nato Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, as concern at the international community's failure to make a breakthrough in the Libyan conflict looks to be growing. We will also be talking to Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague, who has again ruled out military intervention to protect Syrian civilians of the kind recently undertaken in Libya.
